While at the beach, we visited the local aquarium! Evelyn loves fish.

The Beach in January

While on vacation in Nags Head, we spent the morning playing on the beach. It was a nice day around 60 degrees outside and very little wind. Friends of ours that live near the beach recommended putting Evelyn is footed pj's. This was an awesome tip. We had very little sand clean up :)

New Year's/Christmas at the Beach

This year for New Year's, we spent some time with Daniel's family at Nags Head, NC. It was such a relaxing vacation with nothing to do. While there we exchanged gifts with the family.

Daniel, Ben and I received piggy banks filled with dollar coins.

Evelyn enjoyed dressing up as Cinderella the entire vacation.

Happy 4th Birthday

Four years ago today we became a family. December 28, 2007 just before midnight our little girl joined us...5lbs 11oz and 18 in. Today she is 4 (going on 14)...25lbs and 39in.

Yesterday Evelyn participated in her first Christmas Program at Kinetic Church. Below are the two songs the kids performed. Evelyn is in jeans and a red sweater. Love it!

New Computer

Hi Family and Friends....we are alive. I just received a new computer and have been in the process of transferring everything. Oh....and its December :)

This month baby Becket (Jonas' brother) celebrates is 1 year birthday. So we attended and enjoyed some yummy cupcakes. Evelyn loved them, but only ate the frosting. She even licked out the center of the cupcake that was filled with the frosting...but no cake was eaten.

Evelyn was an India Princess this year for Halloween. The costume came from a trip that Poppy and Gigi took to India. Instead of trick-or-treating in our neighborhood this year, we went to the Candy Crawl in Concord to volunteer at our church's booth.

Spa Vacation

A couple weeks ago, I experienced my first Spa. My mom and sister took me on a spa vacation. It was amazing. We drove to Bryson City and stayed at Lakeview at Fontana. This little place was awesome. We had a 2 bedroom, one bath cottage and enjoyed spa treatments at the resort.
